About Bobby the B Box

Drive Train: Swerve Drive Train with KrakenX60s for Driving and KrakenX44s for Steering

Our second ever swerve drive robot, Bobby the B Box was built for the 2026 REBUILT season. It features a swerve drive train with KrakenX60s for driving and KrakenX44s for steering. Something fun about Bobby is that we had 2 completely different versions for it! After our Warren Hills competition, we decided to almost completely rebuild the robot! We took the climber off, made it double shooter, and re-did our intake and agitator systems. Many challenged around the robot and the game itself! REBUILT definetly pushed our team to the limits, but we had a blast building and competing with Bobby! Bobby might not be a Cheesy Poofs robot, but it is definetly a fan favorite for our team and we are so proud of how it turned out! We made lots of memories with Bobby, and we will always look back on the 2026 season with fondness and gratitude for all the hard work and dedication that went into building and competing with Bobby! We learned a lot this season (THANK YOU FRC FOR NOT HAVING ANY PYTHON EXAMPLE CAUSE OMG THIS WAS HARD) and we are so excited to see what the future holds for our team and our robots! OH! I forgot about the most important... Her name is Bobby the B Box, Also known as Bobby the Box, and for close friends, just Bobby. Pronouns: She/Her.
